Enrolling in our concierge practice is simple and personalized. The process begins with an initial meet-and-greet with the doctor and our office manager. This meeting helps us understand your health needs and ensures we can best serve you. After this, you'll complete the necessary forms, including the Membership Agreement and Patient Registration. Once these are submitted, you’ll gain full access to our concierge services, including 24/7 communication with your doctor. Following enrollment, Dr. McGrogan will conduct an initial consultation where he will review your medical history, current health status, and any concerns you may have. This thorough assessment allows him to create a personalized health plan tailored to your needs.
McGrogan Concierge Medical does not accept insurance. We assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating care with other healthcare providers, ensuring that your insurance is utilized. Detailed receipts will be provided for your records, and our staff is available to help with any billing inquiries.
You can contact the office for membership fee pricing. Payments are processed securely through our online billing system.
Dr. McGrogan has a network of specialists whom he works closely with. He can do referrals and communicate as needed with them as needed. He will personally visit you in the hospital and maintain close communication with your hospital specialist to ensure coordinated care.
